My name is Daniel Budaes, I’m 26 years old and I have a Civil Engineering Degree along with a Master Diploma in Project Management in Construction. My work experience as a Civil Engineer started in 2017 as soon as I obtained my Engineer Degree and applying for a site engineer position. Being specialized in Project Management in Construction I’ve toked a leap one year after and found a position for Junior Project Manager, one that helped me to see all the important aspects that define a Project Manager.
After adding to my portfolio the Master Degree I have successfully obtained, I saw myself dreaming in a country where there’s no room for errors, where quality and professionalism offers a beautiful mark on everything the eyes can catch.
As I arrived in The Netherlands, I started looking for jobs.
After 1 month of looking I have succeeded to find a position that was suitable for the experience and education I’ve achieved. My main Position known for the Client was Work Planner (Werkvoorbereider) but due to lack of personnel I have also been in charge with the site management responsibilities.
I firmly believe that with the help of professional and experienced people around me who helped me grow and cultivate my knowledge I couldn’t been the man I am today.
Decisions made yesterdays have consequences today, consequences which good or bad in my life,plans have turned out to be the best for each employer I met. I am not looking for a job, I let the job looking for me, so, according to your proposal I let my instincts take the decision.
Optimism and positivism are behavior’s that always accompanied me in my personal life and professional activity, making me a motivated and hopeful man. I think any new day is like an investment project, a project that the only financier, designer and contractor it's me.
I consider work as a second home but it's up to you to make me feel like it.
